- Select your industry – Choose your main industry (film, TV, video, creative media, etc.) and your department.
- Define your role – Select the role title that best represents your expertise.
- Complete your profile – Add essential details such as:
- Showreel or demo videos
- Resume/CV
- Portfolio images
- Skill tags, awards, training, and experience
- Publish & share – Once live, your profile is publicly discoverable, helping employers, agents, and collaborators find you.
- Free plan – Create a profile, build connections, and view some opportunities.
- Premium plan – Unlocks exclusive tools such as: featured profile visibility, advanced job filters, analytics, and early access to certain casting calls.
- Go to the Job Board or Casting Calls section.
- Use filters to refine your search by role, location, project type, or experience level.
- Click on a listing to view full details (project description, role requirements, compensation, timelines).
- Save listings that interest you for later or mark them as favorites.
- Apply directly using your Stage-profile, ensuring it’s updated with your latest work.
- Open the job/casting call you are interested in.
- Carefully read the eligibility criteria and instructions.
- Click Apply Now.
- Choose the submission method:
- Directly share your Stage-profile
- Upload additional files (e.g., specific audition clips, resume, identification documents if requested)
- Submit your application.
- Track your submitted applications under your Dashboard.
- Search & Follow – Find professionals by name, role, or specialization, and follow their profile updates.
- Send Collaboration Requests – Reach out directly to potential co-workers for short- or long-term projects.
- Messaging – Chat with casting directors, employers, or collaborators securely within the platform.
- Community Engagement – Join creative groups, discussions, or project collaboration forums.
- Showcase Portfolio – Share updates, achievements, and newly uploaded work to engage your network.
- Only verified and legal employers are allowed to post opportunities.
- Employers undergo a verification process before posting.
- A report option is available for suspicious or fraudulent postings.
- The moderation team regularly reviews flagged content to keep the community safe.
- Register as a general user.
- From your account dashboard, create a Business Profile.
- This account acts as the administrator to manage listings, team members, and company details.
- Encrypted user data
- Private messaging
- Limited access to personal details (you control what’s shared)
- No third-party selling of data
- Go to Settings → Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. After deletion, all your profile data, connections, and uploads will be removed permanently.
